Who we are

O.T. Soccer Legacy is led by Coach O — a former NCAA Division I video analyst and assistant coach with years of experience developing players across college, semi-pro, and club levels.

Coach O has coached at programs like:

  • Louisiana Tech University (D1 Women's Soccer) – Assistant Coach & Lead Analyst

  • East Carolina University (D1 Women's Soccer) – Volunteer Assistant & Video Analyst

  • Sporting Athletic Club – Head Coach

He’s worked with players across all levels — from beginners looking to build their technical base, to high schoolers aiming for college recruitment, and even semi-pros focused on fine-tuning their game for the next step.

🧠 Anson Dorrance – UNC Coaching Legend

Anson Dorrance is one of the most influential figures in the history of women’s soccer. As the legendary head coach of the University of North Carolina (UNC) Women’s Soccer program, he has led the team to an unprecedented 22 NCAA National Championships and helped shape the modern game through his focus on competitive excellence and character-driven coaching.

I’ve had the opportunity to learn directly from Coach Dorrance, studying his coaching philosophy, training methods, and approach to player development. His emphasis on building a competitive cauldron, developing the complete player — mentally, tactically, and technically — and fostering leadership on and off the field has deeply influenced the way I coach today.

His mentorship and legacy continue to inspire my mission to help the next generation of players reach their full potential.

🧠 Mark Krikorian – Championship Coach

Mark Krikorian is widely recognized as one of the most accomplished coaches in American soccer, known for his ability to build championship-winning programs and develop players for the next level. During his time as head coach at Florida State University, he led the Seminoles to three NCAA national titles (2014, 2018, 2021) and 11 College Cup appearances, establishing FSU as a powerhouse in collegiate soccer.

I had the opportunity to learn from Coach Krikorian, gaining insight into his approach to high-level training, tactical discipline, and player development. His attention to detail, professional standards, and commitment to preparing players for elite competition have had a significant impact on my own coaching philosophy.

Coach Krikorian’s legacy continues to shape how I help players grow — not just as athletes, but as people ready to thrive at the college, semi-pro, and professional level.

🧠 Kevin Sherry –

Coach Kevin Sherry has been the head coach of Louisiana Tech University Women’s Soccer since 2007, building one of the most respected mid-major programs in the country. With over a decade of success at the NCAA Division I level, Coach Sherry is known for his emphasis on player development, tactical discipline, and team culture.

I had the honor of playing under Coach Sherry for four years and then serving as a coach on his staff for three. His mentorship shaped me more than anyone — both in how I see the game and how I lead others. From his unmatched tactical mind to his ability to bring out the best in every player, Coach Sherry taught me what it means to coach with purpose.

Much of what I do today — from structuring training sessions to building player relationships — is rooted in what I learned under his guidance.
